Sybase Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Mobile 365

Congrats to the team at M365. These guys are great, and have done a super job...and I think with a 4.7 multiple Sybase agrees. They are pushing hard into the mobile space - coming after VeriSign quickly, i think.
